A nest box check, with Bryony Baxter, produced 14 pulli Great Tit, 9 pulli Jackdaw, and an adult and 2 pulli Stock Dove ringed. Some nests held Blue Tit and Great Tit pulli too small to ring, but from other nests the fledglings had presumably flown already. Only one box held a clutch of dead chicks, presumably victims of the recent heavy rain.
