July 10th. Going north was a Spoonbill, and south a Hobby.
 A morning ringing session in East Dunes produced 33 new birds: 5 Wren, 2 Chiffchaff, 6 Great Tit, 4 Whitethroat, 6 Blackcap, 3 Lesser Whitethroat, 2 Linnet, a Sedge Warbler, a Blue Tit, a Dunnock, a Blackbird and a Great Spotted Woodpecker; and 4 retraps: a Whitethroat, 2 Wren and a Linnet.

July 9th. Flying south were 2 Spoonbill.

July 8th.

July 7th. Birds around, including those trapped, were a Cuckoo.
 A morning ringing session in East Dunes provided 30 new birds: 7 Wren, a Chiffchaff, 6 Linnet, 2 Blackcap, a Robin, a Meadow Pipit, 3 Whitethroat, 4 Sedge Warbler, a Lesser Whitethroat, 2 Dunnock, a Blackbird and a Cuckoo; and 11 retraps: 2 Dunnock, a Blackcap, 2 Great Tit, 2 Wren, a Blackbird, a Whitethroat, a Chiffchaff and a Robin.

July 4th.

July 3rd. The seventh session of CES was done this morning. The 23 new birds were 3 Wren, 4 Chiffchaff, a Sedge Warbler, 7 Whitethroat, a Blackcap, 5 Great Tit, a Lesser Whitethroat and a Dunnock. The 10 retraps were 2 Blackbird, a Robin, 2 Whitethroat, a Sedge Warbler, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Great Tit and 2 Dunnock.

July 2nd.

July 1st. Little Tern and Ringed Plover chicks are now starting to hatch in the Shorebird Sanctuary. We are grateful to Lincolnshire Bird Club for generous funding that has enabled us to provide Night-Wardening cover to deter foxes from predating the shorebird chicks. We are also grateful to our team of volunteers who carry out the day time monitoring and patrolling.
